Shipping policy

• We offer free & fast delivery, as standard, across mainland UK (excluding Northern Ireland) on all in-stock items.
• Orders are processed and delivered, Monday to Friday (excluding UK national bank holidays). 
• Multi-item or bundle orders may be shipped separately, and delivery at the same time cannot be guaranteed. 
• We use a variety of specialist in-house & 3rd party couriers, depending on the items ordered. Tracking information is usually provided via SMS/email however some of our smaller couriers are unable to provide customer facing updates. We apologise for any inconvenience. Standard Delivery - FREE

• Free on all in-stock items with no minimum spend
• Delivered within 2 working days from the date of dispatch
  
• Order by 11pm for dispatch within the next working day
• All deliveries are made kerbside only. We do not offer room-of-choice delivery or installation services at this time.
