It is dependent on your location. Standard delivery to Mainland UK is 48 hours (Mon-Fri) from the point of order. So a purchase on Monday evening would be dispatched on Tuesday for Delivery on Wednesday.

Some areas of the UK may take an extra day or two, but you should be fully informed about where your package is throughout its journey.

When you order, we charge your credit card for the cost of the order. If, at the end of the 30-Days, you decide you don't want your order for whatever reason, simply put it back in its packaging, let us know you want to return it, and we'll take care of the rest, including refunding your money.

They are very similar to look at, but Butler Sinks are generally shallower and slightly wider. Butler sinks historically didn't included an overflow, however, the newer modern designs do have the option.

Fine Fireclay on the other hand is manufactured in a different manner using alternative materials, using various ballclays and china clays that are mixed with silica and chamotte (calcined china clay), meaning Fireclay has several beneficial qualities. When fired, Fine Fireclay has a water absorption of between 6% and 11% which is why you will notice that all surfaces that come into contact with water have a glazed finish. With the shrinkage of Fine Fireclay being much less than that of Vitreous China, (usually between 4% and 6%), Fine Fireclay can maintain a flat and straight surface much more easily.

Fireclay sinks are extremely durable and hardwearing. Each sink is handmade making them authentic but also quality checked to the highest standards.

Yes, you can change your sink but you may need to change your countertop as the sizes will be different to your existing sink.

Fireclay Sinks are typically seen as a traditional style, therefore suited to a traditional kitchen tap. However, more recently we have seen these sinks paired with modern taps to create a timeless design. Ultimately it is up to you how you'd prefer to style your kitchen. Our sinks come with our without a tap hole so you can create your desired look.
